Has to be the best place we've stayed when visiting Rochdale or anywhere else for that matter. The rooms are comfortable and there is a nice atmosphere. Meals are wonderful and breakfast is freshly cooked to order. The most fantastic thing about this place though is the outstanding customer service! The friendly and welcoming staff cannot do enough for you and Pauline especially, made our 4 day stay perfect. She treated me like a friend she'd known forever and took extra care of my teenagers when I fell sick. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough - book now before you miss out on this hidden gem!
Absolutely stunning beautiful old style building, stands back from the main road in quiet well groomed grounds. Picture perfect with staff that are eager to please and help in any way possible to make your stay that unforgettable special experience. EXCELLENCE AT IT'S VERY BEST ! keep up the good work and see you again soon xxx

I love this place, we have stayed here many times the rooms are so lovely and comfortable and bright. The staff are always friendly and most helpful. They have some great star attraction nights on. New year's eve is out of this world. Cannot fault the place.
This is the place we go for special family occasions. The best review I can give is I've never had a bad meal or bad time here. Great staff, very nice place. I've also stayed in the hotel and it is very nice. It's not your standard hotel room. Very upmarket feeling. Highly recommend the Royal Toby. You won't be disappointed.

I always find Premier Inn's offer great comfort, no frills and a very affordable price. This one in Rochdale, is no exception. My only gripe is that it does not have its own bar / restaurant / breakfast bar. It uses the establishment next door. Unfortunately, this falls belows Premier Inn's usual high standards.
This hotel is well situated for the Motorway with ample parking included in the booking, The room was large and the bed comfortable with a good sized bathroom. Staff were very friendly and helpful apart from some off those in the breakfast room who were surly and obviously had never heard of ’smiling staff leads to a happy guest’! We paid for the inclusive breakfast for the three nights we were there, which was ample and reasonably good value. Pity one cannot recommend the evening meal served in the same restaurant, the John Milne!

Great name. Loved The Baum. A little gem hidden away in a street that seems to have been locked in time since the 1900s. Great food. Great ale. Great staff. You won't be disappointed with a visit to this pub. Awesome!
Genuinely brilliant beer, food and vibe. Do yourself a favour, skive the afternoon of work and go and get lathered. You won't regret it.

Food is awesome. A little pricey but great quality. Good night out as well on a weekend and staff are welcoming and friendly
Yates Rochdale is nice with friendly service and assistance, toilets, tasty food and drink offers, seating outside breakfast and meal deals; worth a visit with friends close to bus and tram station. I went in for a breakfast muffin with dad and the coffee was OK but wait for the muffins, plenty of flags up for the world Cup; the muffin was nice and fresh with bacon egg and cheese tasty and worth the wait.

Took my elderly parents there for a meal. We had never been before. As they don't like change & they go to the same places. The atmosphere was good a very busy popular place. Good choice of food and the food was excellent. It has a nice garden too. Staff very friendly. Would definitely go again on my next visit. Booking advisable
The Oxford is a great local pub with stacks of history and a more than substantial selection of food for carnivores and veggies. They serve a stunning Sunday lunch but my colleagues from work recommend the 10 Oz Rump steak with thick chips after a busy day in the office. Bags of parking and clean toilets. 4 out of 5...

.Excellent, comfortable and well equipped home” from tripadvisor Reviewed 5 Jan 2016 Our family thoroughly enjoyed the month stay at the well located Butterworth Hall. Owners, Judith and David, were very helpful and quick to respond to any requests. We were welcomed with a Christmas tree, flowers and tasty treats. The cottage is beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. The location of the cottage is excellent - close to pubs, restaurants, grocery stores and tram to Manchester City Centre. The great WiFi access was important for us to keep in touch. It's very spacious as we hosted dinner for 15 people. I would highly recommended this cottage to anyone needing to stay near Manchester.

Friendly B&B, very welcoming and exceptional value. Room in the annex is spacious. Will stay here again when in the area.
I always stop here on my travels, Chris is so friendly and her breakfasts are to die for, nothing is too much trouble and for the price of the room, which includes breakfast is second to none. Would highly recommend.
1 Leighton Ave, Littleborough OL15 0BW, UK – 01706 378113
Every time we returned from our daily excursions we would comment to our child, " Angelina we are home ". We missed being at Leighton House the very moment we drove away for the last time. The Proprietors made us feel like long time friends of the family, not merely guest. I rated "The Home" highly, against my better judgement; for I am afraid they will be fully booked-out the next time we return.

Excellent accomodation. Would highly recommend
The road in maybe a bit pot holes, but its well worth the effort, good nights sleep guaranteed 👍
If you would like something truly different you might like to have a look at Airbnb. These are mostly B and Bs provided by people on a very informal basis. The may have a spare room, a yurt, a cottage or a barge with space they can receive guests for a night or a month! The website is highly professional. You can really see what you are going to get. Very well worth a look. Airbnb also show 'conventional' B&Bs as well. Enjoy!
Round House Farm, Littleborough OL15 0AS, UK – 01706 378661
Beautiful setting. Clean and plenty of electric hook ups. Short walk to the toilets however where we stayed was a track for a shower. Talked to the residents and they said that the building that is being built is a shower block and cafe which will be much welcomed. Hope it doesn't take long . Super walks around the lake . I saw lots of children who were having lots if fun. Little shop on site . Would definitely go again when the shower block is finished hence the 4 stars.
Great Site, Great area riddled with footpaths all over the hills and around Hollingworth Lake. Owners are very friendly and helpful. Plenty of electric hook ups. Toilet and shower block is old but clean (apparently there’s a new one being built) Definitely coming back
